Our family business first established its roots on Poulton Business Park as far back as 1960, which makes us the leading independent management company and main agent for rented industrial and commercial property on what has become the largest single base for small business anywhere in the Fylde.

As our business has expanded over nearly half a century we have continued to serve the local area and have resisted broadening our base beyond the local business park, instead choosing to increase our local portfolio and expand the services we offer.

Today we manage approximately 72% of the marketed rented properties on the business park for clients that include local property investors, financial institutions, non resident landlords and property owners in many countries as far away as Australia.

Despite our growth into and our influence over the rented sector on the business park, we feel we have retained the values that we established so many years ago, by maintaining a personal approach to the small business person and prospective tenant.

Indeed the management are so committed to the well being of the business park community that in 2001 they established and currently chair the Poulton Business Park Crimewatch group that has not only received national commendations and awards for their achievements in eliminating crime but has played a fundamental part in establishing similar schemes not only throughout the UK but worldwide.
